Why choose a tile roof?
Tile roofs are extremely durable and low-maintenance. They withstand UV radiation, frost, and mechanical stress better than many other materials. Tile roofs also provide excellent thermal and sound insulation. Clay tile roofs are especially durable, and their colour lasts for decades.
Tile roof renovation price
The price of a tile roof renovation is typically 70–100 €/m². Clay tile is more expensive than concrete tile, but the longer lifespan compensates for the price difference. The price is affected by roof size, tile type, pitch, and site location.

Tile roof maintenance
A tile roof requires little maintenance, but regular inspection is recommended. We check the integrity of tiles, the condition of the underlayment, and the tightness of the ridge. Individual broken tiles can be replaced without renewing the entire roof.
